This is a constantly evolving schedule as new classes are offered they will be added and updates will be sent out.

**All Core Content Classes can be used as additional CME for CC's and Paramedics in Lake Plains CME Program.
The Core Content Classes are free for anyone that wishes to attend, in and out of Lake Plains CME Program.
If you are not a participant in Lake Plains CME Program you must talk to your CME Coordinator to determine what they will accept for your CME and Core Content.**

Niagara County Community College:
EMT Original/Refresher: Beginning May 16th, 2018 @ 1800hrs at the Niagara County Community College Campus

Date/Time: The class will be Mon and Wed nights from 1800-2200hrs. There are some Sat's from 0800-1630 and two (2) Tuesday's from 1800-2200. All class will be held at the college, unless otherwise told.

Test Date: Practical Exam on Aug 11th, 2018 and State Exam on Aug 16th, 2018

Prerequisites: None for Original students. Refreshers will have to complete a Challenge exam for Written and Practical.

Fees: There are no lab fees associated with this course. Student is responsible for all specialty course fees, ie: AHA required courses or equivalent, as well as any costs of textbooks or materials.

REGISTRATION
Early registration is encouraged to ensure space availability.

All pre-registrations must be received no later than two weeks prior to the course date. Please contact us if it is less than two weeks prior to the start date. Tuition, if applicable, is due at time of registration and includes instructional materials, textbook, refreshments, and any applicable registration fees.

To register for classes please complete the registration form, or a copy of it or go on-line. Directions are included on the form as to where to mail it. You may also call the LPCCN office at (585)345-6110 to pre-register, however your spot will not be held until payment is received. Payments by check or purchase/money order should be made out to “Lake Plains Community Care Network” or you may pay cash at the office. For services paying for their member’s tuition, an authorized official from the service must complete the “Permission to Bill” form to register the student and the service will be billed.


REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. A 20% processing fee will apply to cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the course date. Cancellations made less than two week prior to the date will incur a 40% processing fee. No refunds will be supplied for cancellations less than 72 hours in advance. A student may request to change course dates once without penalty. If they do not attend that course, all tuition may be forfeited.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS
LPCCN reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. Tuition may be refunded or transferred to another course date at no additional cost.
